January-April, 2008: Precautionary Principle Pilot Program for Environmental Health's Mosquito Control Program

The Mendocino County Environmental Health Department applied the Precautionary Principle to its Mosquito Control Program. Public comment on the program closed February 22, 2008 and the Department has issued a final report. The County sought comment on the least harmful alternatives to control mosquito population in Mendocino.
